Please note that there will be a surcharge for emergency services, and availability may vary depending on the urgency of other repair requests.

What types of property repairs do you specialize in?We carry out a wide range of property repairs, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance. How quickly can I expect a response to my repair request?We strive to respond to all repair requests promptly. If you send us an SMS with photos and a description of the repair needed, this will result in the quickest response. Our team will assess the urgency of your repair needs and schedule a service appointment accordingly.

Can I schedule a repair service outside of regular business hours?Yes, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your busy schedule. While there is no surcharge for works within our business hours of Mon - Sat: 730am - 430pm, there is a surcharge for works scheduled outside of these hours, including evenings and weekends. Please contact us for more information on scheduling options and surcharges.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept various payment methods, including cash or bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of the repair service, and it's only required once you are satisfied with the work carried out.
